Mercury Analyzer for Water and Aqueous Solutions in Process Applications
PA-2 / PA2-Gold
The mercury analyzer PA-2 is used for continuous monitoring of mercury concentrations in industrial processes.
The PA-2 was specially designed for process analysis and operation under harsh industrial condition. The system comes with either the VM-3000 or the UT-3000 photometer to meet different requirements regarding accuracy and sensitivity of measurements.
Total Mercury Emissions Monitor in Stack Flue Gas, QAL 1 Certified
QAL 1 certified for continuous, accurate and reliable measurement of total mercury emissions, even in very low concentrations and within complex matrices (SO2, NOx, HCl, etc.) With over 20 years experience, Mercury Instruments (part of ENVEA Group) were the first to develop mercury monitors and mercury analyzers using a dry thermocatalytic method instead of wet chemistry. The SM-4 Mercury Monitor is QAL1 certified and is ready to meet future regulatory requirements (Minamata convention & European directives for thermal power plants and incinerators).
Automatic systemdesigned for continuous mercury monitoring in natural gas even in hazardous zones (ATEX, IEC-Ex) Each mercury on-line system will differ in sample characteristics as well as installation conditions and operating environment. We have the experience to design systems that fully meet the requirements of your particular mercury monitoring task.
Measuring of Total Gaseous Mercury (TGM) in air and other gases. Reliable for measurements at ultra-trace levels (sub-ng/m³) according to EN 15852 . The UT-3000 operates automatically. All functions are controlled by an embedded microprocessor. When measurements are carried out, all parameters and results are stored in the integrated data logger. With standard settings the data logger has a recording capacity of 5000 measurements (approx. 2 months).
The AULA-254 Gold is a fully automated system for analyzing traces of mercury in aqueous and digested samples In contrast to a typical multi-element AAS the AULA is specially designed for mercury determination. The use of a highly stable low-pressure electrodeless mercury discharge lamp (EDL) in connection with the latest UV detector techniques result in excellent baseline stability and low detection limits. The AULA-254 Gold system meets current regulations, with capacity in reserve to meet more stringent standards.
