The AirGen series RACK ZA FID is able to remove the total hydrocarbons to less than 0.05 ppm from the external compressed Air. Very compact, the RACK ZA FID Air can purify up to 50 L/min of compressed Air and can bear a pressure up to 7 bar (101 PSI).
The filtration of the hydrocarbons is performed by using a catalytic oven filled with palladium. The reduction of hydrocarbons, including methane, and carbon monoxide decrease the background noise level and gives much better baseline stability, considerably increasing detector sensitivity and ensuring precise analytical results. High efficiency coalescing pre-filtration and post filtration of particulate size greater than 0.01 microns are used to prevent any kind of particles from entering the analytical device.
The RACK ZA FID has a very simple and efficient interface. It can also be managed by the HydroGen series and is ideal to supply Hydrocarbon free Air to FID detectors.

The HydroGen series HG RACK 19” 2U BASIC is able to generate up to 600 cc/min of Hydrogen with purity better than 99.9999% and pressure up to 10 bar (145 psi). The HG 2U 19 inch BASIC includes a new long life multilayer electrolytic cell with polymeric membrane (PEM) using distilled water. No acid or alkaline solutions are used. The innovative drying system ensures the maximum grade of hydrogen purity, protects the GC thanks to its innovative humidity safe guard, HG 19 inch 2U BASIC is completely maintenance-free and allows continuous operation, 24 hours a day. The on-board CPU automatically check for internal leaks and constantly control the operating parameters to guarantee full safety. Up to 20 units can be connected in parallel mode using an external control box. The touch-screen LCD interface provides simple and user-friendly management of all functions on the unit.

The NitroGen series NG CASTORE XS iQ are Membrane Nitrogen Generators. They are engineered to transform standard compressed air into a safe, regulated supply of Nitrogen up to 36l/min with a purity up to 99.9%. This NG series is equipped with a scroll built-in oil less compressor with inverter technology. The exclusive electronic flow control combined with the compressor control by the inverter allows to generate Nitrogen with a higher purity using a smaller volume at less pressure of air which results in reduced energy costs and increase the life time of the compressor. Continuous control of the operating parameters of Nitrogen allows to maintain the system at its maximum efficiency. The CASTORE iQ has been developed to meet specific requirements in term of gas, flow, purity and pressure in LC-MS applications. It can be used for the evaporation of solvents in samples being analysed.
The HydroGen series HG 5U PRO 2000 is able to generate 2000 cc/min of Hydrogen with purity better than 99.99999% and pressure up to 16 bar (232 PSI). The HG 5U PRO includes an electrolytic cell with polymeric membrane (PEM) using distilled water. The two-column PSA drying system with automatic regeneration ensures the maximum grade of hydrogen purity, and is completely maintenance-free. The HG 5U PRO is the ideal Hydrogen for all GC-FID detectors. The on-board CPU constantly controls the operating parameters to guarantee full safety. The touch-screen LCD interface provides simple and user-friendly management of all functions on the unit.
