The NitroGen series NG CASTORE DT are Membrane Nitrogen Generators. They are engineered to transform standard compressed air into a safe, regulated supply of Nitrogen with a purity up to 99.5%. The NG CASTORE DT has been developed to meet specific requirements in terms of gas, flow, purity and pressure in LC-MS applications. It can be also used for the evaporation of solvents in samples being analysed.

The HydroGen series HG BASIC is able to generate up to 700 cc/min of Hydrogen with purity better than 99.9999% and pressure up to 10 bar (145 psi). The HG BASIC includes a new long life multilayer electrolytic cell with polymeric membrane (PEM) using distilled water. No acid or alkaline solutions are used. The innovative drying system ensures the maximum grade of hydrogen purity, protects the GC thanks to its innovative humidity safe guard, HG BASIC is completely maintenance-free and allows continuous operation, 24 hours a day. The on-board CPU automatically check for internal leaks and constantly control the operating parameters to guarantee full safety. Up to 20 units can be connected in parallel mode using an external control box. The touch-screen LCD interface provides simple and user-friendly management of all functions on the unit. The innovative gas drying system (two-column drying PSA system with automatic regeneration) ensures the maximum grade of hydrogen purity, it is completely maintenance-free and allows continuous operation, 24 hours a day. The NitroGen series NG CASTORE XL iQ use Membrane technology. They are engineered to transform standard compressed air into a safe, regulated supply of Nitrogen up to 70 L/min with a purity up to 99.9%. This NG series is equipped with a scroll built-in oil less compressor with inverter technology. The new iQ series is equipped with the innovative direct drive motor-compressor system that result in lower noise than the previous version. The exclusive electronic flow control combined with the compressor control by the inverter allows to generate Nitrogen with a higher purity using a smaller volume at less pressure of air which results in reduced energy costs and increase the life time of the compressor. Continuous control of the operating parameters of Nitrogen allows to maintain the system at its maximum efficiency.
