The High purity NitroGen series NG RACK 5U produce laboratory high grade nitrogen for most of the laboratory applications and equipments. Designed with safety and convenience in mind, this system generates purified nitrogen, eliminating the need for inconvenient cumbersome high-pressure gas cylinders.
The NG RACK 5U removes oxygen from air to less than 1 ppm and HC pollutants to less than 0.05ppm (if the optional scrubber is installed). The available flows are: 600 cc/min and 1000 cc/min. The NG RACK 5U needs an external compressed air source. The Ultra Pure Nitrogen is mainly used to feed ICP, ELSD, GC, FTIR and is ideal as nitrogen gas supply for all kind of Laboratory and Chromatography applications.

The HydroGen series HG BASIC is able to generate up to 700 cc/min of Hydrogen with purity better than 99.9999% and pressure up to 10 bar (145 psi). The HG BASIC includes a new long life multilayer electrolytic cell with polymeric membrane (PEM) using distilled water. No acid or alkaline solutions are used. The innovative drying system ensures the maximum grade of hydrogen purity, protects the GC thanks to its innovative humidity safe guard, HG BASIC is completely maintenance-free and allows continuous operation, 24 hours a day. The on-board CPU automatically check for internal leaks and constantly control the operating parameters to guarantee full safety. Up to 20 units can be connected in parallel mode using an external control box. The touch-screen LCD interface provides simple and user-friendly management of all functions on the unit. Stackable with various other models: AG-OFCAS35; NG-EOLO; AG-ZA-Fid.

The HG RACK 19 inch 2U PRO includes an electrolytic cell with polymeric membrane (PEM) using distilled water. The two-column PSA drying system with automatic regeneration ensures the maximum grade of hydrogen purity, and is completely maintenance-free. The HG RACK 19 inch 2U PRO is the ideal Hydrogen for all GC-FID detectors. The on-board CPU constantly control the operating parameters to guarantee full safety. The NitroGen series NG CASTORE DT are Membrane Nitrogen Generators. They are engineered to transform standard compressed air into a safe, regulated supply of Nitrogen with a purity up to 99.5%. The NG CASTORE DT has been developed to meet specific requirements in terms of gas, flow, purity and pressure in LC-MS applications. It can be also used for the evaporation of solvents in samples being analysed.
