Users can easily perform precise gas dilution, ozone, and gas phase titration (GPT) calibrations with the Model 4010 Gas Dilution Calibrator. Enhanced with the latest technology, the Model 4010 was designed to set a new standard of quality and performance for a variety of applications in ambient air monitoring including trace levels, continuous emission monitoring (CEM), fugitive emissions, odor and process monitoring. The Model 4010 calibrator uses embedded microprocessor technology to accurately deliver and control gas concentrations, along with multiple curve fits to linearize the desired output for the intended purpose. The unit can be operated manually or automatically to conduct calibrations or audits that exceed U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) method requirements. Highly accurate mass flow controllers (MFC’s) along with an optional ultraviolet (UV) ozone generator and photometer ensure reliable, repeatable gas concentrations. The Model 4010 can store 20 calibration sequences, with up to 20 concentration levels in each sequence. Local or remote operation is accomplished using the front panel keypad, external keyboard, RS-232 or Ethernet ports. Intuitive, menu driven software allows uncomplicated programmability and access to real-time diagnostics.
The 2010D Intelligent Gas Dilution Calibrator can easily perform gas dilution, multi-source gas blending, ozone and gas phase titration (GPT - NO + O3 to generate NO2) for environmental, laboratory, or point source monitoring. The Model 2010D represents the latest generation of calibrator technology for environmental, laboratory or point source monitoring. The unit has two internal mass flow controllers (MFC's), with options for an internal Ozone generator and a photometer (5.25 inches high and weighing less than 25 lbs). The Model 2010D calibrator uses embedded microprocessor technology to precisely deliver and control gas concentrations along multiple curve fits to linearize the desired outputs for the intended purpose. The unit can be operated manually, automatically, or semi-automatically by remote access. It also has the capability to produce and store in memory 20 calibration sequences with up to 20 levels of source/dilution in each sequence. Users can choose either the front panel membrane keypad, external keyboard, serial port, or Ethernet to input calibration sequences. The instrument’s pneumatic system uses Mass Flow Controllers to precisely meter gas streams and implements multiple types of curve correction algorithms to linearize calibrations. A second source MFC can be added for a wider dynamic range or trace level applications. An optional second source MFC with blending allows user-performed interferent testing and evaluation. Calibrator design exceeds US EPA calibration method requirements. Dilution components are calibrated with standards and test equipment traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology. Sabio's calibrators allow the user to view the value of NO2 generated during GPT and displays the dilution of all gases present when using a multi-blend cylinder.
The Model 2020 is a portable source for clean, dry air designed to meet a wide range of requirements for the environmental industry including trace level applications. From supplying zero air for calibration systems to purge air for permeation ovens, the small package size and weight make the Model 2020-EXP the preferred choice for field and audit personnel as well as operating environments with limited bench space. The Model 2020-EXP uses an internal permeation drying system for moisture removal and is coupled with filter canisters for scrubbing NO, NO2, O3, SO2, and H2S. Optional features such as the internal carbon monoxide (CO) oxidizer or external hydrocarbon (HC) oxidizer further the Model 2020’s clean air capabilities.
Users can easily perform precise gas dilution, ozone, and gas phase titration (GPT) calibrations with the Model 4010T Gas Dilution Calibrator. Enhanced with the latest technology, the Model 4010T was designed to set a new standard of quality and performance for a variety of applications in ambient air monitoring including trace levels, continuous emission monitoring (CEM), fugitive emissions, odor and process monitoring. The Model 4010T calibrator uses embedded microprocessor technology to accurately deliver and control gas concentrations, along with multiple curve fits to linearize the desired output for the intended purpose. Sabio’s Model 2505 Portable Permeation Oven generates precise gas concentrations for calibration of air quality analyzers, source monitors and other instruments. The Model 2505 may be combined with the Model 2010 and 4010 Gas Dilution Calibrators to form a very powerful intelligent calibration system. Carrier air is provided by an internal air supply featuring an inlet filter, quiet internal pump and rear mounted scrubber canister. A precision regulator and critical orifice is used to regulate carrier flow through the permeation oven. A 0-15 psig pressure gauge is calibrated to provide carrier flow reference points. The heart of the Model 2505 is a large capacity Teflon coated permeation chamber that can accommodate many types and sizes of permeation tubes concurrently. A front-panel-mounted knurled screw-in stopper is provided for easy access of the permeation chamber. The permeation chamber is housed in a precise temperature controlled insulated oven that features a carrier pre-heater, heaters and RTD sensor. The oven temperature is precisely maintained by a microprocessor based temperature controller driving an optically isolated DC control module. Pulse width modulation is used to regulate the heat cycle to minimize thermal noise due to heater on/off cycling. Dual displays on the temperature controller provide direct readout of set point temperature and actual oven temperature. Oven temperature is maintained within +/- 0.1 deg. C of setpoint. The oven temperature control system and carrier air supply are battery backed for 8 hours of operation.
