The NitroGen series CASTORE PRO HP are Membrane Nitrogen Generators. They are engineered to transform standard compressed air into a safe, regulated supply of Nitrogen with a purity greater than 99.5%.
The exclusive electronic flow control allows to generate Nitrogen with a higher purity using a smaller volume of air which results in reduced energy costs and maintenance of any external compressor. Continuous control of the operating parameters allows to maintain the system at its maximum efficiency.
The CASTORE PRO HP has been developed to meet specific requirements in term of gas, flow, purity and pressure for ELSD, TOC, ICP, DSC/TGA and other applications. It can be used for the evaporation of solvents in samples being analysed.

The HydroGen series HG BASIC is able to generate up to 700 cc/min of Hydrogen with purity better than 99.9999% and pressure up to 10 bar (145 psi). The HG BASIC includes a new long life multilayer electrolytic cell with polymeric membrane (PEM) using distilled water. No acid or alkaline solutions are used. The innovative drying system ensures the maximum grade of hydrogen purity, protects the GC thanks to its innovative humidity safe guard, HG BASIC is completely maintenance-free and allows continuous operation, 24 hours a day. The on-board CPU automatically check for internal leaks and constantly control the operating parameters to guarantee full safety. Up to 20 units can be connected in parallel mode using an external control box. The touch-screen LCD interface provides simple and user-friendly management of all functions on the unit. Stackable with various other models: AG-OFCAS35; NG-EOLO; AG-ZA-Fid.
The HG MINI is able to generate up to 300 cc/min of Hydrogen with purity better than 99.999% and pressure up to 12 bar (174 psi). The HG MINI includes a cell with polymeric membrane (PEM) using distilled water. No acid or alkaline solutions are involved. The innovative static drying system ensures the maximum grade of hydrogen purity, protects the GC thanks to its unique humidity safe guard. The on-board CPU automatically checks for internal leaks and constantly control the operating parameters to guarantee full safety.
