NGA CASTORE XL iQ QSight is a Nitrogen Generator with Membrane technology. It is engineered to transform standard compressed air into a supply of Nitrogen up to 15 L/min with a purity up to 99.9% and with an additional outlet for dry and clean air. All of these outlets have its own internal flow/pressure regulator for an appropriate adjustment to guarantee safety and precision. The CASTORE XL iQ QSight with its dual Nitrogen and Air outlets has been developed to meet specific requirements in term of gas, flow, purity and pressure for Perkin Elmer QSight applications. A special carbon filter is used to remove VOC. It can be used for LC-MS and the evaporation of solvents in samples being analysed.
The new iQ generators are equipped with an innovative direct drive motor-scroll compressor system (oil less) with inverter technology. The exclusive electronic flow control combined with the compressor control by the inverter allows to generate Nitrogen with a higher purity using a smaller volume at less pressure of air which results in reduced energy costs and increase the life time of the compressor. Continuous control of the operating parameters of Nitrogen allows to maintain the system at its maximum efficiency.

H2 POWER 10L is a system able to provide up to 1Nm3/h of hydrogen. The hydrogen is produced from three Hydrogen Generators “6920.16.330” connected in parallel mode. 6920.16.330 uses an electrolytic cell with polymeric membrane (PEM) to produce pure hydrogen from distilled water. No acid or alkaline solutions are used. It is provided with an internal 1.1 litres tank with electronic level control and an automatic fill function “Autorefill” from an external source. Its innovative gas drying system is completely maintenance-free and allows continuous operation, 24 hours a day. The exclusive, electronically-controlled, gas/liquid separator automatic checks for internal leaks whenever starting the unit, and a constant control of operating parameters guarantees maximum safety. The touch-screen LCD interface provides a direct simple control and management of all functions on the unit. The RS232 and LAN ports allow a remote control of the system from anywhere in the world.
The HydroGen series HG PRO is able to generate up to 1500 cc/min of Hydrogen with purity better than 99.99999% and pressure up to 16 bar (232 psi). The HG PRO includes a new long life multilayer electrolytic cell with polymeric membrane (PEM) using distilled water. No acid or alkaline solutions are used. The innovative gas drying system (two-column drying PSA system with automatic regeneration) ensures the maximum grade of hydrogen purity, it is completely maintenance-free and allows continuous operation, 24 hours a day. The on-board CPU automatically check for internal leaks and constantly control the operating parameters to guarantee full safety. Up to 20 units can be connected in parallel using an external control box. The touch-screen LCD interface provides simple and user-friendly management of all functions on the unit. The HydroGen series HG ST BASIC is able to generate up to 600 cc/min of Hydrogen with purity better than 99.9999% and pressure up to 10 bar (145 psi). The HG ST BASIC includes a new long life multilayer electrolytic cell with polymeric membrane (PEM) using distilled water. No acid or alkaline solutions are used. The innovative drying system ensures the maximum grade of hydrogen purity, protects the GC thanks to its innovative humidity safe guard, HG ST BASIC is completely maintenance-free and allows continuous operation, 24 hours a day. The on-board CPU automatically check for internal leaks and constantly control the operating parameters to guarantee full safety. Up to 20 units can be connected in parallel mode using an external control box.The touch-screen LCD interface provides simple and user-friendly management of all functions on the unit.
