Our System Integration Process
System integration is a sub-process within our overall engineering and manufacturing process.
Quality Assurance
We perform a thorough quality assurance process on all components prior to assembly. This includes inspecting and testing individual components to ensure they meet required specifications and standards.
Components layout and mounting
We then layout and mount the individual components according to the design and plans developed earlier in the process. connecting circuit boards, sensors, and any necessary hardware.
Connection
We connect all assembled components, including hardware and software, to form the integrated system. This involves connecting power, signal and data cables and configuring necessary software settings. We follow established best practices for cable routing, properly labeling cables at both ends and matching them to system drawings to make it easy to service and troubleshoot and prevent cable damage or disconnection.
System configuration
We then configure system settings and make any necessary adjustments to ensure the system is working properly. This includes adjusting sensor sensitivity and configuring hardware and software settings.
Final QA
The integrated system undergoes a comprehensive factory acceptance test and final quality assurance as part of our engineering and manufacturing process.
