QAL 1 certified for continuous, accurate and reliable measurement of total mercury emissions, even in very low concentrations and within complex matrices (SO2, NOx, HCl, etc.) With over 20 years experience, Mercury Instruments (part of ENVEA Group) were the first to develop mercury monitors and mercury analyzers using a dry thermocatalytic method instead of wet chemistry. The SM-4 Mercury Monitor is QAL1 certified and is ready to meet future regulatory requirements (Minamata convention & European directives for thermal power plants and incinerators).
The 2301 particle counter provides a range of particle size measurement from 0.3 or 0.5 to 25.0 μm at a flow rate of 0.1 CFM (2.83 LPM). These sensors allow for efficient particle counting with specifications that exceed the ISO 21501-4 and JIS B9921 calibration standards. These sensors have 4 fixed particle size channels and are equipped with an integral critical orifice and flow sensor to provide a stable flow rate from an external vacuum source. Integration into a building automation or facility monitoring system is easy via isolated RS-485 Modbus communication.
The TunnelTech 201 Air Quality Monitor is an essential part of any road or rail tunnel safety system. Firstly, it monitors the atmosphere within the tunnel and ensures that the tunnel ventilation system provides sufficient clean air to protect tunnel users health and for drivers to clearly see the road ahead. The TunnelTech 201 analyser uses well proven infra-red techniques to determine CO and NO concentrations and optical attenuation to monitor visibility levels. As there is only one moving part, reliability levels are very high and maintenance requirements are extremely low.
